Something with more single core speed than a Jetson Orin paired with just 1GB of memory is probably one of the dumbest designs I've ever seen. It leaves you with what? 300 MB after loading the OS? It's hard to imagine what kind of use case could this possibly have.

Ah that's awesome, I've been looking for more 3rd party framework compatible dongles, but there's practically nothing unless you call up JLC and do it yourself, nobody's selling anything complete. It just needs a slot case and some screw terminals for GPIO out... ;)

Just noticed they actually do show the battery in the new behind the build video, it seems to be 55Wh which is fairly standard I guess. With the display and NVMe that's like 4-5 hours of battery life? The Pi 5 idling comparatively poorly and the lack of sleep/hibernate is probably more of a problem.
