There are only a few ways to do WIMP: (a) each window is a separate program instance, (b) related windows share a background app, (c) a foreground app manages its windows.

There are only a few ways to do WIMP: (a) each window is a separate program instance, (b) related windows share a background app, (c) a foreground app manages its windows.

pt is 1/72 inch, which I was familiar with from 1990s newspaper layout software, so this was my first time learning that px is 1/96 almost everywhere

I was trying to figure out SVG measurements for laser cutting 3mm material. It turns out that SVG units are defined as 1/96 inch. This is not ok.

These algorithms are designed to reconstruct an original signal from indirect observations, so it would be impossible to prove that they are not just copying a copyrighted work in an indirect way.

I can’t decode it at first glance, but it looks easy to copy/paste between apps (and can be selected with a double-click, unlike the nonogram serialization format that I created)
