- taunting your workers to leave the company entirely: correlates to, and overlaps with, the above actions. say your workers decide to verbally challenge you over such decisions. simply state that they can "just leave" will result in a loss of talent that you'll never get back.

- making decisions that alienate your workers: either by carrying out massive layoffs or other controversial decisions that may or may not tank your company's health, whoever's still idling will quit and swear off not only your company, but potentially others as well.

- layoffs: whether you decide to save money despite/in-spite-of/owing-to record profits or you really cannot afford to lose money anymore, you sacrifice as many (or as little) of your workers as you can think of. can range from 1-2 to over thousands that stuck with you through thick and thin.
