Happy to provide a review once I get it. The on-paper GPU specs are equivalent to a 4070 mobile, so I'm expecting solid 1080p performance, with 1440p -> 4k being ok. I mostly got it because it's got 128GB of unified memory so I have a platform for LLM research

Unrelated, but I should be getting my @frame.work Desktop tomorrow, so while I'm expecting the experience to be better on AMD, I'm not expecting 4k@240Hz w/ VRR + HDR on the APU vs a 4090. It should be nice for an apples to oranges comparison.

Same :/ If it works in Windows I feel like it _should_ work on Linux. I thought it might have something to do with signal integrity and tried shorter cables that have worked well in the past, but no dice. My gut says it's some kernel param I need to set to encourage the GPU to "play nice".

I've had loads of issues with HDMI + VRR and sometimes they get fixed by unplug/replug, but at this point my main monitor is connected via DP and any others are DP or HDMI without VRR

IIRC Bazzite has a fork of gamescope you might be able to just rpm install

580 is the last release to support 9xx/10xx GPUs. I’m hoping 585/590 has better support for DX12 on RTX cards
