Scriptwriter Fiona Samuel (who wrote the screenplay for Pike River) is the next Katherine Mansfield Menton Fellow! Katherine herself is not far from where the award ceremony took place this evening: Fiona is currently working on a film about her, and Mansfield seems to approve.
