The stuff that gets thrown out always comes in handy.. attached a small shelf for my controller to now sit underneath the baseboard, removing the wall area that at first concealed it.
The point switches will remain where they are in the disguised hut.

Afew months since painting up my teaks with LMMs method of using a furniture pen, passengers are now being added to the painted compartments.

Gonna hopefully be bringing my Dad along to the TUGS event in October providing how the rest of the year goes... awhile to go yet but after telling him about my last experience going home by train, I'm very happy he'll be supporting me for the day.

Bent rods, old wires, unquatered wheels, and worn bushes are just as common as weak motors, and I think I need to learn alot more on fixing locos this worn before I take on a future repair job like this.

A week ago a follower sent in their late stepdads Flying Scotsman model, i had hoped it was a simple case of cleaning and remagnitising the motor, turned out this needed alot more work than anticipated, so i couldn't be more grateful to my specialist friend who helped revive it.

Last year on a trip to Butterly, I was given a #Hornby LSBC E2 bodyshell, since then it started losing its original decals, although having seen reference photos by Mike Morant, it has since been transformed into (Number to be placed) BR No.32104, with a matt/powered black coat.

Wardleton's church is getting a revamp, having repositioned it from straight to diagonal (cutting away a bit of the hill) allowing a longer pathway to the gate, though it means some new walls, sidepaths and patching up, it also will allow the backdoor to lead into the play area.
