The issue here is that you refuse to look into others' point of views. Your programming must be scrambled, you've always acted like you're above everyone including the interns.

It's simple, really. They're doing everything they can to repair the Weather Machines while still being fragile.
Even with our aid, they're still vulnerable.
It's good to at least put yourself in their shoes and be open to appreciating them for what they've done.
