Apparently, it is possible to have a higher skill level than 3099 in Wii Sports Baseball. Although the wiki never stated a max limit, the highest known limit was 3099. For clarification, I did use save states to score as many runs as possible, but I didn't use other cheats.
A stream highlight of me finding out that you can have more than 3099 Skill Level in Wii Sports Baseball. The known maximum was 3099, so I was surprised to see it could go beyond that at all. I did need to score 99 runs to get an additional 22 Skill Level, which put me at 3108.
