It’s been almost a month since I came out and started transitioning. I’m figuring this out day by day but I’m slowly starting to feel more like the person I’m meant to be.

At the moment Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has been my little oasis of calm. It’s this wonderful combination of gaming and ritual that is soothing my anxiety, post-partum PTSD, general stress and autistic struggles, (there’s a routine I have which grounds me.) 🦝

Sometimes you find something very special. I have autism and fibromyalgia. Life hurts in so many ways most days and you feel like there are no words to describe it. But, this zine from @ghostdandyandco.bsky.social made me cry (in a good way!) Super poignant and just made me feel seen.

I finally got some time to put some more work in for my blanket for my son. 🧶 I wish in hindsight I had bought more of this wool but it seems to be out of stock everywhere! But it should knit up to a okay size with what I have. 👍

Now that I have some more time I’m starting to cook more! This is my second time making Dhal from scratch. I added more lemon juice and Asafoetida which worked really well! I was a bit lazy and used pre-made curry paste for the chicken… still tasty!
