Actually I wasn't able to do it on my own! But after being baptized and continually seeking God on certain things, it's His peace and love and forgiveness that I have come to rely on in the most difficult times.

Without too much detail, I can try to share. It's about the effort, in a moment of being attacked without any defense, to not hate. The pain is like a shovel turning soil, and the heart seems to wait for direction. "How will I feel now?" And you make a choice then what seeds to plant.
