I obviously have no idea what you went through but in my experience, it's pushing through constant exhaustion that's always either the cause of or exacerbating these health issues/scares.

I had the same urge recently but I started also thinking of how long I would have to go through some of my least favourite parts about it just to experience what I liked. I did the next best thing and put on your original let's play for it, ep 8 is missing btw 😂
