A very timely post. Bits cold and cloudy today in Minnesota. I spent the whole day sleeping on my recliner. I only got up to eat at 1:00 and then back to the recliner. A wasted no energy day.

They didn't have any choice because the Supreme Court sided with Trump stopping food payments to the people. Republicans were ready to starve people rather than extend payments. We have our campaign message for the next election.

I agree. The republicans dont care how long the country is shutdown. They only care about the stock market. At least the voters will now see what the Dems were fighting for and how the republicans are ok with high premiums. We are going to have to wait till the midterms when we should get control

It is where Peter Tigerstedt the Rhodie plant breeder is buried too, right amongst the Rhodies in the Arboretum. Amazing place.
Also in Helsinki there is a couple acre planting of hundreds of Rhodies with an elevated walkway. Well worth a visit.
