Definitely. Especially Ruin of Angels. That one... holy moly. I think Wicked Problems I hung onto better throughout (and the summary hit my memory right), but I know I got lost in a lot of the action and implications during Ruin. So many great chars (favorites are Tara, Elayne, Kopil, Abelard)

I'll be honest, I rarely pay any attention to ratings and/or comments for that very reason. Gave up years ago on Goodreads. I suppose I miss out on conversations, but at the same time I miss pile on (positive and negative) so... net positive for me.

Not disagreeing because I think you are most likely correct. However there is another meaningful difference in that he was first and she was second and I can imagine some frustration with the repeated story beat. Still in that case the ire would be most appropriately be directed towards Disney
