I’m just saying, the Maine Office of Tourism missed a golden opportunity in the 70s not running ads that read “I’ve been to ‘paradise’, but I’ve never been to ME.” 🤷♀️

I heard someone say that overthinking is simply rehearsing fear, and it stopped me in my tracks. How many times have I played the worst-case scenario on repeat instead of releasing it? Here’s to choosing peace over practice from here on out.

The acoustics inside the Baptistery of San Giovanni in Pisa were other-worldly. We were fortunate enough to be there when an employee closed all the doors and sung a few notes to demonstrate. Imagine how an entire choir would sound in here??
