Successful run 2 the thrift store today 2 add 2 my banned or challenged bookshelf. All these beauties for $14. All but one are on a list somewhere. Does anyone know of an easy to use searchable website 4 books that are banned. I have not been able to find one that’s very user-friendly. #bannedbooks

If you thought it wasn’t possible—well, here we are. Musk pulled $80 million in funding authorized by Congress straight from NYC’s bank account. The federal government took the funds and called it a “clawback” of taxpayer money. A lot of others would simply call it stealing.

Why r all these amazing artists on that show run by the 3 letter group I can’t stand 🤦🏻♀️ So glad I can see their performances later. Between orange guy & the real pres running commercials & potential brain injuries all on display I’ll b over here reading/crocheting/watching something more uplifting. 🤷🏻♀️

We have been waiting for months to get in-home music therapy for our girl Callie. Her face may not show it, but she was absolutely glowing for the whole hour. Music has always reached her in a way so many other things could not. It was a good good day🤗 #autism

Yes this. We have guardianship for 4 of our adult disabled children and constantly have to watch to be sure they don’t save too much money and lose benefits. Its ridiculous.
Class warfare is when there’s a limit to what poor & disabled people can earn before losing their benefits, but no limit to what billionaires can hoard while avoiding taxes.
We must reject the twisted idea that money incentivizes the rich but poverty incentivizes the poor.

Just finished my first book of 2025 and it did not disappoint. This is my third by SA Cosby and my favorite thus far. All three were audio reads for me and his narrator Adam Lazarre-White’s voice is perfection. 5 ⭐️ rating for sure.

50 Christmases with this gem of a human. It was a struggle getting through due to the loss of a son from suicide this year but we made it through. Hoping beyond hope that next year is gentler….at least at the personal level. #grief #grieving #christmas
