In Minnesota that's called Assault in the Fifth Degree. She should report it and force the local cops to either charge him or explain why they aren't. Had it been a domestic partner that did that they'd have been arrested immediately and jailed.

The bigger question is, "What are you going to do about it?" Slink away in defeat or take action to hold ICE accountable as you were elected to do?

Taxpayers are grateful for the last half-year that he was fully paid but was actually at Harvard, not in the city, and the only thing worse is that he expected the taxpayers to pay for his travel. Good riddance, grifter!
