I was thinking about the situation we’re seeing with H5N1 (bird flu). We’re all aware of the impact it’s having on the price & availability of eggs. If it’s infecting chickens, cattle and pigs and wiping out entire flocks/herds, wont it eventually have massive implications on our food chain?
