GREAT NEWS IN DETROIT! City Council just unanimously passed an ordinance banning the sale of dogs and cats in local pet shops. This will go a long way toward ensuring the puppy mill industry and related bad actors can’t take root in MI’s biggest city. Thank you Council members and advocates!
