I suspect they are smart enough to know that lying to a Federal Judge is a career limiting decision. That, and, I suspect they don’t actually know the answer to the questions being asked.

Where are the House and Senate Dems? Why aren’t they suing the admin for their lack of authority, which they are stealing from Congress, to unilaterally dissolve agencies and make new ones just by renaming them. Not to mention the data theft. Are they waiting for something? I don’t understand.

They’re going to be so confused when they see how “not easy” things are going to be. I mean the House is closer than it has been in modern history.
