Homemade pizza night! Dough and sauce made from scratch. One with caramelized onion, bacon, and hot honey and the other was a classic cheese.

Rice double feature! Last night’s dinner was spam fried rice with edamame and peas. Then I still had too much leftover rice so I made vanilla cinnamon rice pudding that I can only describe as like eating a warm hug.

Dinner from the other night - I’ve never cooked a prime rib before and came out awesome. Very tender served with some garlic smashed red potatoes and honey pepper green beans. Leftovers made a great steak and cheese sub next day.

I like taking leftovers and twisting them into something new. Leftover fried fish became a chipotle slaw fish burrito!
