One man is responsible for getting 100s of books (including mine!) banned in Clay County, FL. One sad dude! Sitting there filling out form after form with false claims about books he hasn't even read!

The loudest voices have an outsize impact. We need to be loud--and persistent--too.

Friends, today is the feast day of St. Frances Cabrini - the first US citizen to be canonized, and the patron saint of immigrants. She's a saint worth noting, regardless of one's religious persuasion, but her life and work - and its implications for today - hit differently in these troubled times.
