Second, if an individual is paid *less* than a living wage, they are necessarily forced to lean on government subsidies to cover the gap between their minimum living costs and their income

I would have preferred my country lead the stance against Putin and for the defense of UA, but Trump does not have the character nor the historical intelligence to do so.
