There’s still the matter of immigrant visa availability. If you’re an EB-2 Indian, the cut-off date is still 15May13. This is just going to backlog EB-2 and EB-3 even more.

My guess is that he has to have something done (that can’t be done at the WH) before he can make a long international flight… any doctors want to chime in on that idea?
