Pommes de terre à la boulangère (baker's potatoes) Food Network has Laura Calder's recipe. And apparently, I cannot paste properly in Bluesky. So essentially caramelized onions, herbs, beef stock and chicken stock (or turkey stock) with layers or potatoes baked low and slow.
