So I didn’t enjoy this book. Thought it was way too long and took forever to get to the point. Too many characters and unnecessary details. Didn’t get interesting until the end-and then the ending was kinda a disappointment! I don’t recommend, but that’s just my opinion!

This is such a good book! Takes place in the 50’s & 60’s when women were told their place was in the home. The MC uses her intelligence and platform to encourage and inspire other women to pursue their own ambitions and challenge societal norms. It’s a really enjoyable, easy read!

I’ve read a few other books by this author and enjoyed them. This one was good too! A woman on a flight causes a big disruption when she begins to predict the age and manner of death for each passenger. The story then follows some passengers to see how her predictions play out.

Historical fiction about the rise and fall of a 70’s rock band inspired by Fleetwood Mac. Told thru a series of interviews with the band members. Fun one to listen to cuz there was a voice actor for each band member. Easier to follow along than if I was actually reading it I think.

Historical fiction inspired by the true story of forced sterilization of two young black girls in Alabama in 1973. Medical ethics and racism continues to be an issue even still to this day. Really good book and very informative & eye opening. Easy to read and hard to put down.

Fitting title since poppies have long been linked to sleep in Greek mythology. Imagine going off to medically induced sleep/therapy for a month to help you overcome grief or loss. Interesting concept for sure. Can I please sleep thru the next 3 1/2 years??🙏 😂 #FDJT

Definitely thought provoking and interesting take on time travel. This book explores the themes of fate, morality, regret, power and consequences. Overall I enjoyed the storyline but found the lack of quotation marks frustrating and a bit distracting. Soon to be tv series!

Been reading so much lately to distract myself from this shitshow reality! This is a really cute story and I read it super quick! One of the main characters is a giant Pacific octopus named Marcellus. 🐙 How could you not love that?! It’s a lovely book and I recommend it 💯!!
