@kgjenkins (Kind of easy for me to forget that they're not a household name yet... because they are super well known in my Minnesota Government circles. Which makes sense when you know they were founded in St. Paul.)

@kgjenkins yes, they are legit - a private company that found a niche helping government agencies do communications (basically email blasts) better. But of course with success, they decided to expand and rebrand - which is why if you type that URL into your browser, you get Granicus.

(Not to be […]

@mloxton same goes for nonprofit orgs, and for government agencies.

Different scenes, of course, but I find myself saying the same kinds of things to those audiences.

I've migrated four apps already today. (It's a simple code change and automagic deploy.) Sent four emails announcing. Got one reply thanking me.

Happy that I was proven wrong last night. Can't help but be jaded every time the media mentions how he surrendered "peacefully". Because, well...if he wasn't white, would that have been the case? Not so sure.

And now, as if the job isn't soul-crushing enough, they have taken away our GIFs in Teams. One of the few ways one could make virtual meetings fun, gone. Without any notice.

I need a GIF to express my displeasure at the lack of GIFs!
