It was the first time trying out the car-fitted air mattress for dispersed camping. Still some creature comforts to figure out with that set up, but the morning approach was fantastic!

I bought the replacement buckle at a sporting goods shop & sacrificed an old ratchet strap and a pen as a bushing.

A welcomed port in the storm. Out in the field today producing a new series called “The 253”. I got a great break in the weather as I begin the journey at historic Brown’s Point Lighthouse.
