Would that piss off congress enough to impeach (and convict?) voting to release the files is the ONLY thing in YEARS that has had complete bipartisan support.

Fabulous book! I am prepared to take on the Bible quoting haters!!! I have been recommending this book to EVERYONE!

I'm pretty sure she won her district to 'own the libs'. Even before this, she was losing favor. Big employers in her district are Q Cells (Korean) and carpet/flooring. Winning her district is not a guarantee.

He gets to look like all innocent🙄 by saying 'release the files'. The GOP gets to look good by voting to release them. And then- ooops! 'There is an open investigation so we can't actually give you anything new. Not OUR fault.'

small steps(tiny, little shuffle steps) in the right direction. Will it stick once the immediate threat goes away? I doubt it- but could be surprised. (I still won't vote for her, though)

Wild Dark Shore is grief. Grief over loss of a loved one (several), grief over loss of place, grief over loss of innocence. There is mystery (Where is Hank? Why does Fen want to stay on the beach? Who is buried on the hill? Who destroyed to communications?) It is beautifully written.

Wild Dark Shore is grief. Grief over loss of a loved one (several), grief over loss of place, grief over loss of innocence. There is mystery (Where is Hank? Why does Fen want to stay on the beach? Who is buried on the hill? Who destroyed to communications?) It is beautifully written.
Sandwich is the friend you love even through their craziness. The plot is nebulous- the point is the emotional turmoil that comes with menopause. Rocky (main character) narrates everything that happens during a 1 week family vacation. It isn't for everyone, but I loved it.

Wild Hill is a story of witches consolidating power through generations until they are strong enough to take on the billionaires destroying the planet. This was appealing in a time when I personally have very little power to make a global difference. It is well written without being preachy
