It’s more than that. If DJT appears to be sympathetic to 🇰🇷 re: comfort women, he risks infuriating the 🇯🇵 govt which could affect political &/or trade relations btw us. If he backtracks, then he risks insulting 🇰🇷.

The comfort women issue is very imp. to the S. Korean people & the sincerity of past apologies by Japan have been questioned.
This is mostly an issue btw S. Korea & Japan & diplomatically speaking, we should stay out of it. For DJT to even mention the issue could bring problems for us later on.
