This quote from Winnie the Pooh perfectly defines the Zen Buddhist concept of satori (sudden enlightenment).

Favorite Ryōkan poem right now. I love the neglect of the classics to sit and write your own poetry.

Next spaghetti western, The Grand Duel. Van Cleef is easily becoming my favorite actor, and another captivating role here. Great action from both leads.

Next spaghetti western, Any Gun Can Play. Cast was unknown to me and the Tubi copy was pixelated, but a very satisfying ending, totally different than typical SWs.

Combining the love of Marvel and westerns and reading some Two-Gun Kid on Marvel Unlimited. They only have a few issues up. Enjoyable read so far.

The sequel. I think this one is better than the first. #spaghettiwestern

Learning Taoism I would came across this exchange in the spaghetti western I just watched. Trinity taking a nap being dragged by his horse is the definition of "going with the flow."

Bambino: Don't you wanna do something with your life?
Trinity: Who's got the time? I'm already busy doing nothing.

Happy release day for all who celebrate. Just listened to the new album on my lunchbreak. Never knew music could be infectiously poppy and poignantly lyrical all in a 3 minute song. Truly a mastermind. #taylorswift #thelifeofashowgirl

Next spaghetti western, They Call Me Trinity, is definitely a comedy. It doesn't all hold up, but still a hoot. Terence Hill and Bud Spencer are great. Looking forward to the sequel.

Duck, You Sucker aka A Fistful of Dynamite, directed by Sergio Leone. This was a re-watch, forgot how weird this one is. James Coburn is iconic.

Next on the spaghetti western adventure, the Dollars Trilogy. Another rematch for me, and one of my favorites. Forgot how good all three are. Sergio Leone and Ennio Morriconi are one of the best pairs in film history.

Next up (spaghetti westerns), the Sabata trilogy (Sabata, Adios, Sabata, and Return of Sabata). Very loosely connected, with a different actor playing the same character and the same actors playing different characters in all three. Overall all three are worth the watch for fans of the genre.

In my charting system as a hospital chaplain, two "resources" that you can check are "calm" and "courage" and I often check them together. Facing hard things with resilience requires an inner ability to start fresh everyday. #chaplain

Django (1966) is next up in my spaghetti western watch through. This was a rewatch for me, though it's been 20 years. A true classic. #moviesky

The next spaghetti western I watched was Day of Anger. Very entertaining story with two great leads. And a fantastic soundtrack by Riz Ortolani.

Has anyone taught a kid ukulele? What age would you recommend? My daughter is taking an interest (she just turned 5 and we are homeschooling). #ukulele
