Apple podcast app lines up a sequence of episodes, or you can stick to a show & it will travel sequentially forward or back depending on the start position. A regular 2.5hrs drive b/w SEQ & home flows without touching the device. Occasional adverts suck, relieved with a 30sec skip button.

Emergency warnings in Australia are issued via mobile phone SMS… similar to US ‘Amber Alerts’ I guess. There are other, earlier warnings via agency specific apps, but the SMS is targeted to cover specific areas & hard to ignore.

Nothing beats paying close attention to developing weather systems.

Does the electorate actually ask itself “What has this person done for their constituents to deserve my vote?”. Too many party affiliated, incumbent MPs are mere seat warmers.
