I remember one of the guys (maybe Mike?) in A Chorus Line says he "went to PS Sh*t" but I dunno that it counts as a song...even though most of the ACL songs are shot through with dialogue or monologue.

Florida will be too humid for them. There might be an iris variety native to Florida or adapted to the climate?

Probably, since they are California natives. But one can always give it a try if the climate is similar.

I planted this in 2020 as a 5 gallon plant. It really took off. There are a lot of different habits though. Some are creeping groundcovers, some scrubby, some small trees. What is yours?

Do you get those pretty Bluebonnets? And are they a form of lupine? They remind me of lupine.

I think mostly Sunset book's zone 14, it's Napa Valley. A bit of 15 closer to the ridgetops. I'm at the base of a smallish mountain so there's a little bit of coolness vs. full-on valley floor
