She's really strong. To be fair, with her background and circumstances, I guess she's got no other choice than to be that way? Lots of characters in Arcane seem to be quite buff and lean (applies to the senior ones too).

The water when hydrating dried mushrooms is great for a gentle umami punch. Also, Marmite/Vegemite can be used in stir-fries, stews etc. for a malty umami. Seaweed-based seasoning liquids/powders work well, Bovril (a UK beef concentrate). Also worth checking out the Umami Information Center.

There seems to be a stomach bug going around (in Scotland especially), some folk at my work have been affected. Hope you guys are doing better now and that you won't be put off from visiting us again.

Her buttermilk and salt marinated chicken has been one of the tastiest lessons in meat brining and tendering for me. She also does collabs with popular YouTube cooking channels. Love learning from her!
