Hello again, I have again something interesting to analyze but I would like if someone can answer me. If this a good design or can be described as a good creatitivy ?. It is called as "Donut Pizza" ..... and I don't know what everyone thinks but I would love to see some answers!

Is this a good design ?, it says in upper case "ITALIAN RESTAURANT" and the name of the restaurant is smaller (it is erased, but it was the logo name only smaller than the big letters) what does everyone think about ?.
