I once lost patches of my hair (alopecia areata) literally overnight due to stress/trauma. It grew back, but I still don’t have a single gray hair at 60.

Don’t forget about “Christmas in July!” Before you know it, it’ll be Christmas year-round. I’m already armed to the teeth and ready to spit out “Happy Holidays!” instead of “Merry Christmas.”
