So that wild colouring is called agouti. Domestic buns can also look like a wildie, with absolutely no wild DNA. My boy Ira is a North American domestic agouti. Our wildies cannot interbreed with domestic stock, which is not the case in Europe, so zero chance he’s a hybrid.
