I didn't say 988 was shut down, but it is a crisis line for my LGBT brothers and sisters. That's who I'm talking too. I suppose I could have been more specific. But to say that 988 is not UNDER THREAT, like I said, is misinformation in itself, yo.

Lmao, and why is it at 29%? Because they aren't doing anything about Trump. That literally means the mandate is to stop the egomaniac, so much so that people are mad at their own party (or in my case the party that is closest to my ideals atm). That 29% is a direct reflection of Trumps existence.

That's not true, lol. You're equating all those labels to one thing, but that's not what the data says. If you remove young men without college education across the board, then the numbers instantly become a mandate AGAINST Trump. Young, uneducated men turned out to vote 'illegals' out.

Again, our own Supreme Court determined the danger is real, so... The Supreme Court determined the risk was high enough that we placed a withhold order. And a very slightly hyperbolic claim isn't necessarily 'false'. This saga hasn't ended yet, and has only just begun. Is death your red line?

"Did Biden administration follow due process by giving illegals apps how to cross the border, or when they flew illegals into the country. Please" Are they illegal if we flew them past the point of entry? And are they illegal if we gave them access to an app? And yes they did follow due process

Also, I said 'not valid as a source', not 'fake news'. Please do not attribute false quotes to me.

I'll see your AP news source, and cite the Supreme Court, who recognized the dangers faced: www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

Considering the US courts agreed it was a serious threat and issued a protection order against this very thing, it doesn't matter how safe it is on average, but how safe it is to the individual being sent. Also, msn is a curation engine and isn't really valid as a source.

They shouldn't have to correct it. This is happening for a reason. A little due process goes a LONG way. Deport first, ask questions later is not a good way to handle people's livelihoods. That's why we have due process in the first place.

Why are we talking about celebrities? The vast VAST majority of people are not famous and are not members of the media. I don't even understand the point of this post. Also, it's not 'my' party. You don't have to be a Democrat to disagree with the state of the union or immigration policy right now.
April 29, 2025 at 4:19 PM
This is about MY right not to be stolen by the feds at some point. It's about MY right to not have to abide by admin warrants not signed by a judge. I'm selfish. I don't actually care about the offender in this case. I care about the rights of those I love, myself, and even you.
April 28, 2025 at 9:49 PM
You're the one displaying all these emotions when we should be looking at the law. A sitting judge was removed from her state courthouse by the feds. This isn't about the offender. This is about the judge and the feds. It's about the law, not about how brutal a person is. That's just noise. 1/2
April 28, 2025 at 9:48 PM
It's common to confuse. I'm sure they meant they aren't a criminal. If we count everything civil as being the common everyday meaning of illegal, then there are plenty non-immigrants that should be worried about their standing in society. That would make those that file taxes 'illegals'
April 28, 2025 at 9:42 PM
Aw, shucks. You got stuck with mine instead.
April 28, 2025 at 9:04 PM
I never said any different. You specifically asked for an opinion, and balked when I offered it. All laws are passed by someone. That's what makes it illegal. But everything that is illegal is not a crime. And it says it CAN result in deportation, not that it must.
April 28, 2025 at 8:57 PM
Um, I stated a very specific instance, and only one specific instance 'overstaying a visa'. I don't believe that overstaying a visa rises to the level of targeted deportation. Period. I'd argue that people performing malpractice and hate crimes are certainly NOT positive members of their communities
April 28, 2025 at 8:48 PM
The alleged crime is between a judge and the feds, and the migrant himself, who is still a migrant regardless of everything else you stated btw, is secondary to all of it. There's still the issue of it being an admin warrant, and state judges not being beholden to federal administrators.
April 28, 2025 at 8:46 PM
Right, but one is civil and the other is criminal. I'm for deporting criminals, especially repeat offenders. I'm not for deportation over civil violations with nothing else happening and the person in question being a positive member of their community. If their not a criminal, my opinion is no.
April 28, 2025 at 8:42 PM
Depends what 'illegally' means. Did they overstay a visa while paying taxes and participating in society, of which is a civil non-criminal matter? Or did they hop the fence and assault/rape/kill someone? (Actual criminal offenses).

Nobody is rooting for the fall of America. Being put in our place means where we belong, not broken and failed which is where we are headed. This is rooting for people to stand up to the Trump administration and not do business the way he demands. That's a perfectly fine ask.

What's ironic is that if they did this in an above board way (which they wont), it would most likely increase the rates of diagnosed autism as recognized by the govt, and the way these folks think, they'd literally blame the registry for causing autism.
