I guess I don’t get it. If Biden is currently immune from prosecution, why in the HELL isn’t he holding onto power or appointing Kamala president for the next four years? It’s an official act, immune from prosecution, according to SCOTUS. WHY LET THIS HAPPEN WHEN THERE ARE OPTIONS TO STOP IT?!?
