Offloading debt is always awesome, but yeah the middle ground isn't very nice in the market these days.

We got a Hyundai Palisade in 2020 it’s sometimes felt small but overall has served us well. It’s even able to haul our 25’ camper so all around decent vehicle.

Agreed. It’s got the right sentiment about the lifespan of code as well as the value gains of something that can rapidly produce scaffolding at an incredibly cheap cost.

Trades are something that everyone should learn some of. I spent 5 years as a general contractor doing basic electrical, plumbing, framing before I got into coding. I still use all those skills today. I’ll be encouraging my kids to do similar.
