totally get this. Something that worked to my benefit was not taking my meds a few hours before my doctor's appointment. Sometimes I forget how good I'm at on hiding the pain. The doctor was actually shocked but very helpful. Unfortunately, I paid the price on not taking that medication dose.

They are no longer in my life, thankfully

Have you tried Yoga? Essential Oils? Massage? Acupuncture? Chiropractic care? Heating pads? Ice? THC? CBD? Thinking good thoughts? Dealing with childhood trauma? /Sigh All that and a partridge in a pear tree. Right there with you. "incurable" means INCURABLE.
