@bsky.app Robert Roberson won't be executed by TX next week. An appeals court stayed his execution & sent his case to a district court to reconsider his sentence. Robert's 2-year-old daughter, Nikki, died from pneumonia and a fall from bed. He was sentenced to death based on shaken baby syndrome.
