... the signs KI and A can be read together as PEŠ, "sulphur" - not much help. But - PEŠ can also be written 𒊯, and then it means 'to become pregnant'; and "If a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth" is well attested in omen texts... so either the scribe blundered - or nerded out <3.
