Maturity is when you realize your UI is shit and u create 'TODO: Recreate new UI using DaisyUI, start using Figma'

Happy friday everyone!

I think I've finally gotten myself used to Mac's Stage Manager.

I've bought Claude Pro and I must admit that UX and UI is much more user friendly than in the ChatGPT.
Using this AI tool is just... More pleasant

I really want to live to the day when any new, revolutionary, AI or non-AI browser will not be based on #Chromium

Half of the internet is down.

Finally, we can take some rest.

Get up from your computer and go for a walk.

I think I'll need to apologize to @raycast.com

Spotlight in MacOS 26 is promising, but... It's still not the same

www.browseros.com

Is quite a promising project.
But Arc tabs organization is still the king, and changing this would seriously harm my workflow.

I've used Dia for a while, and being honest, I'm stunned by how comfortable it is to use. But I still have a problem logging in to some private accounts in it and connecting the apps to unlock full AI potential.
Would love to have some alternative that would allow me to connect my local model
Being honest, I'd love to try out some new AI browser, having in mind that Arc development came to an end (it's only maintained now).
But there are a lot of flaws:
- No tabs handling the same way Arc has (spaces, folders, grouping)
- AI features that are not privacy-friendly

Plan for today:

- F1 Qualifying #SingaporeF1
- Some coding
- Ghost of Yotei gaming session
- Move & pizza session with my wifey 😍

All of these would be even better with having a nice full-time job, but I suppose I need to be patient. 😅

Learning new programming language together with the AI is really something.

Right now, everyone can learn in your own pace and familiarity level

Do not get me wrong - docs are still the king, but AI helps you to properly use them for your comfort

OK, first lesson from using @tauri.app

Install Rust ONLY via rustup.rs

Having asdf versions and homebrew versions are the perfect recipe for headache

I really think I'm the one, but man, configuring Ruby + Rails config in something else than RubyMine (which is too heavy and complicated for my needs) is pure horror.

And again I've moved to @zed.dev to try it out. Looks quite good this time, flow looks very similar to what I had in #Codium. I'm missing only code predictions with my own local LLMs, but from I saw, it's in progress.

Some thoughts on #macOS26 :
- still Safari is not enough to move from #ArcBrowser
- Spotlight changes are very, very good, I've already moved from Raycast, but lack of some features (like snippets) force you to do some work with shortcuts
- liquid glass is not so disturbing as I thought it'd be

Just updated to MacOS 26.

I’ve realized I do not need raycast anymore

If you ever create an API endpoint that returns a 200 OK response with JSON {“error”: “Not found”} instead of a 404 error, you should be put in a jail
