I'll just say, I think it's imprudent to oppose calls to nuclear disarmament, especially because (1) possessing nuclear weapons has no material bearing on whether/how the US supports Ukraine and (2) there's no chance the GOP even entertains the idea of eliminating our nuclear arsenal anyway.

What am I missing? I’m no Tulsi fan, but she’s not saying anything here that Chomsky or the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists wouldn’t say, right? Nuclear disarmament (even if one-sided, especially if it’s the US) would make the world safer. There’s just no reason to believe Trump would do it.
