Chanced upon the Gold Seer Trilogy by @raecarson.bsky.social at a thrift store, and I LOVED IT! Quick pacing, high stakes, a beautiful blend of the magical into the historical, and a clear devotion to representing the darker realities of the California gold rush. A great found family read. #booksky
