But to me, one of the most interesting results were the heterogeneities in fruit and vegetable consumption by income, race, and language among those gaining the program. The total effect was null, but the groups that did see increases were also those with lower baseline values of this outcome. 5/7

Any Severance super fans or former Bell/Lucent employees out there? One reason I love the show are memories of being in the beautiful old Bell Labs building where I did a summer internship in 1998. (Not on the severed floor afaik.) I heard on the podcast that it’s now a mall!

Had to go to #APPAM2024 session on school enrollment declines and closures, based on the recent issue with Seattle Public Schools. First, we saw that in pre-covid times, declines can be attributed to both population declines and share of population enrolled.
