Since ANTIFA is an ill-defined non-centralized entity…anyone can be slapped with the label and treated accordingly by the government. That’s the point. How can you prove you’re not affiliated with something so nebulous.

It’s interesting that with all the talk of preventing Medicaid fraud, there was nothing in the bill about corporate Medicaid fraud. I wonder why🤔?

Just my opinion: GOP has been skilled at bumper sticker sloganeering. Ask an average voter which party supports family values and the 2nd Amendment. Whether or not they do that is the perception. Dems need short overarching themes to rally behind.

Citizens United suggested that corporations should be treated as persons expressing free speech. A corporation/business exists for the purposes of making a profit, their speech (electoral or otherwise) is also aimed at profits. It is not the same as a persons expression of election speech!

I feel like the media hysterics are just what is desired. Maybe he will enact tariffs maybe he won’t. Can we dispassionately say “this is what will happen if he does” without the handwringing and doomsaying? Then if it happens roll the tape? The angst is the goal more than the actual policy.
