I don’t think it’s unfair or in bad faith to expect more out of a crowdfunded “explicitly commercial setting”.

No need to expect incredible depth from the first corebook but don’t you at least want some kind of hook for GMs starting a campaign in your new world? The groundwork isn’t only absent, the writing that *is* there is wholly uninterested!
