Not just restore. IMPROVE. This is not a waste, fraud, & abuse dept. It literally saves lives. There are areas which have radar holes in TORNADO ALLY before cuts.
YT meteorologists/weatherman & their viewers are picking up some of the slack, but it's not enough.

I Watched the Tornadoes that hit my town Sunday. 1st roped out before any alert happened. 2nd was down for several minutes before we FINALLY had our siren go off, it took another 2 min before PHONES went off. That can/will get people killed!

No one leaves this "prison". If that is the case, it's closer to a death camp. Those men were probably disposed of the moment the propaganda team left. Can't return the deceased if the bodies are disposed of en mass.
