I was just thinking of Kent State today and wondering how long it will be before ICE repeat the action of the Ohio National Guard and open fire on unarmed people.

Ohio has a charge of illegal use of the horn. A friend was pulled over for it. Officer claimed he was alerting people to the radar that had been set up. He wasn't. He had beeped his horn at a friend. He didn't get arrested; he just got ticketed. As usual, Nazi Border Patrol overreached.

I don't care if Democrat or Republican appear in the Epstein files. Many names on the lists engaged claim they did not engage in underage sex. That may be true, but if they had any inkling of the rapes occurring & they did nothing to report or stop it, they are complicit and guilty of abetting.

My friend's 16 yr. old daughter was coerced by mom's boyfriend to let him take nude photos of her. Threatened her saying as a deputy sheriff, he could make trouble for her mother. My friend accidentally found them & that gave her the courage to tell of her rape by a cop when she was in her 20s.

People can change. I always use Geoge Wallace as an example. He went to Black Churches and begged their forgiveness for the pain he caused the black people. Some rejected his plea while others forgave him. As one Black minister said we are taught to forgive our enemies.

At least she is speaking out against Trump & supporting the release of the Epstein files. Every woman in the country should be doing the same. Unlike someone named Megyn Kelly, herself a victim of abuse, thinking well 15-year-olds are almost legal.

I'd be happy if both sides would remember that this country was founded on compromise. To compromise, both sides have to be willing to talk to each other & give a little to work out a deal.

Even though I as only a child, I remember when Jackie Kennedy searching & restoring original furnishings & artifacts to the White House. She wanted the People's House to be a living museum. Now, so much of her work has been destroyed.

Happy Halloween. My favorite question for today is what was the best house to trick or treat at when you were a kid. Mine was the nuns' house at St. Henry's Parish. The nuns made the best popcorn balls, but you had to get there early, or the nuns would run out. Then you just got store-bought candy.
